Role Summary
As a Systems Operations Analyst, you’ll ensure the reliability, security and performance of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span system monitoring, incident management, cloud/on-premises administration and compliance - keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring & Performance
Proactively monitor critical systems to maximise uptime.
Troubleshoot errors (e.g., CB/reference data issues) and optimise performance.
Oversee CN-hosted services and infrastructure.
Incident Management
Resolve outages and disruptions with minimal downtime.
Provide rapid response for infrastructure-related incidents.
Reference Data & Configuration
Synchronise reference data across servers.
Maintain validation pipelines and configure on-premises software for clients.
Technical Support
Assist internal teams (VPN/database access) and clients (troubleshooting, setup).
Cloud & Server Management
Maintain Azure/AWS environments and on-premises infrastructure.
Security & Compliance
Manage user access, data security policies and ISO 27001/GDPR compliance.
Conduct audits, document systems and collaborate with DevOps on security.
Data & Licensing
Handle data migrations and software licensing renewals.
Required Skills
Proven experience in IT operations, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and server management.
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ISO 27001/GDPR.
Ability to document processes and work in high-availability environments.
