We're pleased to announce we're hosting an online workshop, focussed on CFDs (contracts for differences) and EMIR REFIT. The title of the workshop is EMIR REFIT Uncovered: Expert Insights into CFD Lifecycle & Position Reporting.

EMIR REFIT presents some specific challenges for firms when it comes to CFDs (contracts for differences). It boils down to much more detailed guidance from the regulator, leaving less ambiguity, room for error and interpretation.

On 29th April 2024 we'll see the new rules come into effect across Europe with the UK rollout following later in September.
