ESMA has today launched a Consultation Paper reviewing the reference data and transaction reporting obligations under MiFIR.
The CP contains ESMA’s proposals for possible amendments based on its experience in implementing the MiFIR reporting regimes since January 2018.
ESMA invites responses by 20 November 2020. The final report is intended for Q1 2021.
