ESMA has today published its first QA on SFTR.

The Q&A contains 5 questions;

1. Frequency of reports

2. Reporting of settlement fails

3. Reporting of repos initially collateralised on a transaction basis and subsequently on a net exposure basis

4. Reporting of trading venue for cleared and non-cleared SFTs

5. Reporting of zero collateral for margin lending
