We are enhancing our solutions to include a portal based action log management system.

 

Users (CN and client) will be able to work collaboratively to raise actions, assign owners and manage to completion. A full audit of actions and resolutions will be stored by our system, and action logs will be configurable to allow download and distribution.

 

The solution will be integrated with TRAC validations, but can also be used generically, offering users the following functionalities;

 

• Remediation support (i.e. validation errors, rec breaks etc)
• TR Completeness onboarding support
• Client support requests e.g. Feature improvement, System operations, business support etc

 

The solution will be integrated with Jira (our development team’s ticket management system) enabling seamless business requirement to delivery transparency.

 

The solutions are in development and expected to go live in Q1 2022.
