On 24 February 2023, the FCA & The Bank of England published the following documents in relation to changes to the derivatives reporting framework under UK EMIR;

1) A Policy Statement (PS 23/2)
2) Technical Standards
3) New rules for Trade Repositories (TRs)

The new regulation will go live on 30th Sep 2024 (i.e. 5 months after the EU EMIR reporting update).
