Part of Control Now’s mission is to build culture employees can be proud of.

Office Culture

We have recently moved our offices to a Marylebone mews property which provides a relaxed setting with access to all the home comforts during the working week.

The CN team are welcome to work remotely as often as they like, but every Wednesday all employees are invited to a company lunch cooked by a member of the team. This gives everyone a chance to catch up, and showcase their home cooking.

So far we have enjoyed cuisine from the team’s respective backgrounds; Polish dumplings, British salads and a variety of Indian vegan curries!

Roof Terrace/Plants

The office also benefits from a roof terrace, where the team look after a vegetable patch, although harvests have not been so plentiful this year due to the distinct lack of sun this summer!

Our Labrador Puppies

And finally…. we have recently welcomed 2 Labrador puppies to the team.

Juno and Clover are brother and sister and 18 weeks old.

Juno will be responsible for keeping the office clean, while Clover is responsible for HR!
